MyBusinessAssist.AI is provided strictly for your internal business operations. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service without our express written permission.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. Payment and Subscriptions

A valid payment method is required for paid subscriptions. The service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of MyBusinessAssist.AI, including its underlying technology, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

We claim no intellectual property rights over the materials or data you provide to the service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MyBusinessAssist.AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
